Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Zhuri Motors website and platform (the "Service") operated by Zhuri Motors Rwanda ("Zhuri Motors", "us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, dealers, and other users who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account, whether your password is used with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Vehicle Listings

Zhuri Motors operates both as a licensed vehicle dealer and as a marketplace where verified dealers and private sellers can list vehicles for sale, for rent, or for auction. All vehicle listings on the Service must be accurate and truthful. Sellers are required to disclose all known mechanical, structural, or documentation issues with the vehicle. Failure to disclose material information may result in the removal of the listing and suspension of the seller's account.

Where a listing belongs to a third-party dealer or private seller rather than Zhuri Motors directly, Zhuri Motors does not guarantee the accuracy of that listing. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person, or request an independent inspection, before completing a purchase, rental, or auction bid.

3. Payments and Fees

For certain services on the Service - including rental bookings, auction registration deposits, visit/inspection bookings, and purchase booking fees - Zhuri Motors processes payment directly through our payment partner, supporting Mobile Money (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money), debit/credit card, bank transfer, and SPENN. All such fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of payment or required by Rwandan law.

For the full purchase price of a vehicle, Zhuri Motors does not act as an escrow or payment processor unless explicitly stated on the listing. Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging that payment between themselves. We recommend using traceable, secure payment methods and being cautious of any request to pay outside the platform before viewing or verifying a vehicle.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zhuri Motors Rwanda and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws in Rwanda and other jurisdictions. Our name, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zhuri Motors Rwanda.

Zhuri Motors Rwanda has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Zhuri Motors Rwanda shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact us using the details below, or discontinue using the Service.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Zhuri Motors Rwanda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
